Shame on you, Judge Hollman -- you are so easy on white people who can afford an attorney, but if you are of color, look out: it's jail, or worse. Shame on you, Judge Hollman -- you are required to be the victim's advocate, but you fail miserably in that regard. Please resign as a judge and do what you're good at instead: janitorial work, or flipping burgers. You obviously do not have the ethics, empathy, compassion, or plain old common sense to be a judge.

Judge Hollman is the prototypical "tough-but-fair" judge. He won't lose one second of sleep over sending your client to prison for a LONG time. That said, his knowledge of the law is above average and he gives the best trial in Visalia, bar none.

A good Judge, does not side with D.A. nor Defense, is fair and impartial. He really knows the law and has a good temperment. I've won motions in front of him and I've lost motions in front of him. Although, I don't like it when I lose, I find his reasoning to be well based on the law and facts. We should have more Judes like him.

This Judge has ordered the return of medical marijuana back in '06. I like to appear before him.
