She doesn't serve the People. She represents The Visalia Courthouse Gang (VCG). Former Tulare County DA, she should go back to working for the DA's office instead of beging a Judge.

TULARE COUNTY GUARDIAN vs RICK AGULAR
CASE # VPRO49290

On or about June 6, 2020 your court reached to a settlement agreement between the Guardians office and Rick Agular that required Rick to deed out of my fathers personnel resident property. My fathers conservatorship was to be given to Perine & Dicken | Fiduciary Services.. For reasons unknown that did not happen. Now that my father has passed away I cannot get him out of the property. Can you please help?

I liked her even with not getting a main portion of our case in. In the 11th hour the defence brought a nonsuit and we settled the matter. I think she went a little too fast on allowing us to properly respond to the various motions, so our attorneys had to work all hours of the night. The jury was seated so it was show time. Overall all the rulings were fair until the end. The defence paid no attention to MIL rulings and got all three they were not supposed to talk about in. Really wanted the judge to smack them for that.
