Decided a key case in Colorado real property law - a lien priority case - based on Georgia law, and it took 18 months to reverse the decision in the Court of Appeals - to the extreme detriment of my client who is out hundreds of thousands of dollars in a fraudulent land scheme. Georgia law was not argued by the other side, and the result was totally incoherent and reflected the judge's ignorance of Colorado law and procedure. May have been a good prosecutor, but is apparently unwilling to learn areas of the law with which she has no experience.
