Criminal Defense Lawyer

We really need to get a Judge in Fremont County that is fare and not targeting to get money from the Tax payer , Grandmas, Grandpas and parent of children. he is under handed in his decisions and if investigated I bet he has made Fremont county all about the money he can take from the people of Fremont county, if they have kids. Bet me!!!!!

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CO127
In a trial pertaining to a contract dispute involving parties who willingly entered into the contract, Judge Cooling's decision was based on his personal opinion of the contract as he stated "the term heavily favor the plaintiff".
In a society based on contracts, it is not the judge's opinion that should count but rather he upholds laws and statutes. We don't need judges who legislate from the bench!
