Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CO241
This Judge is exceptionally rude and unprofessional with young and new lawyers. Her own division clerks have bragged about the disparaging remarks that she makes concerning lawyers. Ironically, she is the one that makes comments and rulings which demonstrate that she has a poor understanding of the Rules of Evidence, Rules of Procedure and Rules of Professional Conduct. The Judge routinely fails to provide any factual support, legal reasoning or other rational to support her rulings on written motions. Worse yet, she fails to follow established legal authority and demonstrates frequent bias in civil cases. During trial, the Judge has engaged in behavior which is more appropriate for a party advocate. The Judge also elects to turn a blind eye to the frequent and repeated misconduct of her courtroom staff. This Judge is an absolute disgrace to the bench and the legal profession.
