Blatantly biased toward the prosecution. Sustained nearly every objection to evidence presented by the defense. Continually threatened persons in the courtroom with arrest despite a quiet and well behaved audience.

Lazy, awful, should not be in family court. Fails to see the big picture of how father's hurt their children, and fails to see what is in the best interest of kids. This is harmful- not neutral. She should be off family court now.

Judge does not protect children from abusive fathers and looks the other way when father admits to striking his child. . She should not be in family court. Her actions caused child to not want to be on this earth anymore. Her defiance against protecting the child caused his desperate feelings. She is incompetent.

A disgrace to the bench. Makes up her own rulings regardless of the law. "Her court, her rules." God help you if you have a civil matter before Judge Norma Sierra. Just flip a coin because no matter what the law says , she is the 'decider.'

She had no way to record the proceeding so said she'd do it herself. She also had talked to the other party's attorney behind closed door which that attorney alluded to in the courtroom. This is a violation of court rules and violates due process and equal protection. And she makes a devastating ruling that was entirely unnecessary. It tore apart a family and took a father away from his son. This is because Boulder County has a propensity to side always with the woman in a divorce case no matter how bad a person she is. It was even shown that she abuses the child but the court was okay with that.
