After I was falsely arrested on domestic violence charges IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN and had my baby stripped from my arms by Vail Police in a case where my husband lied to police and later admitted he lied to police (and surveillance video revealed the same), my case was outright dismissed in Eagle County. I received no apology from Judge Olguin-Fresquez for the trauma I was subjected to being thrown in jail.. My husband received no consequence for lying to police. The court proceedings haunt me to this day. The only piece of closure I have is from Judge Cajardo Lindsey, who took judicial review of my case in Arapahoe County during my divorce proceedings and noted that I was a victim of domestic violence, later issuing a PPO.

Does not understand due process of law. Shameful court conduct. Guilty of forced performance. Railroads innocent people into fraudulent pleas. Has no business being a judge.
