Persecution of a baker of cakes because he chooses not to serve a member of the public? Where is the harm to society in this? Are not laws promulgated to prevent harm against citizens? This case is no harm, no foul as the plaintiff could have gone down the street to another Baker. You are not a judge of established law but are an activist. You are a shame to the century's of judges before you. You have to live with your decision but will have to justify to your creator at the end. Wish you wisdom going forward!
