Stepped into Stuart's Courtroom at 8:00 am in April 2015. The rep from Peter's Panhandlers (DA for Judicial District 1) asked me to his desk to tell me, "Since you won't take a plea, we can't get you in" for trial today. Despite the fact that they knew I was innocent and only had to answer 1 question.

Stuart finally asked me to the podium at 9:15 to tell me that I should hang around, but he doesn't think that he can get me in. Again, this took more time than it would take for one question trial.

15 minutes later, Stuart proves his lack of acting talent. He calls me up to the podium again and starts with the weird question to the DA, "DA . . eh hem, DA, do you have a question for the Court?"

Peter's Panhandlers temporarily forgot their lines, but managed after and "oh. oh . . . Yes, we don't have enough time due to a jury trial to get Mr. Sturgell in today."

Yep, Ryan Stuart is slanted to the prosecutor that he not only allows, but participates in prosecutorial vindictiveness.

Stuart is a terrible judge that has to be removed.
