Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: CO532
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Rulings in family court cases always favorable to CPS, right or wrong.
Serves on State Judicial Discipline Comm.
Upheld ruling of a former judge to deny jurisdiction that was overturned at appellate level. Abuse of process and disregard for due process protections.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CO366
Rating:1.7
Comments:
If you are a woman, this judge is for you.
She has an extremely liberal view toward mothers in custody issues and does not allow fathers to present their case.
Judge McLean has a habit of talking over attorney's while they are presenting.
She seems to have made up her mind PRIOR to any trial and doesn't want to hear something which may change her mind regardless of the law.
