Judge Dunkelman is exceptionally well skilled in putting in Procrustean bed any law and fact. When he was asked to reconsider SEVERAL clear and plain errors that he made, he did not address a single error whatsoever. Instead he summarily denied the reconsideration motion by simply saying: "disagreement with the court is not a ground for reconsideration." Judge Dunkelman lacks any sense of integrity and due process, he makes no efforts to explain his decisions, and is embarrassment to the Colorado judiciary.
