A lazy judge who claims to be fair. Screws over children allowing shitty parents to continue to see them when there's proof of negligence and abuse. Allows children to continue to be placed in harmful homes with not a single care in the world as long as she can close 1 more case. Doesn't take CFI or CPS recommendations because she'd actually have to do her job and file appropriate orders.
