Presided over case of criminal trespass all clearly on video where a fugitive attempted to break into my home and then another where he was arrested inside the residential property.

Because defendant was wanted in Texas for charges of strangulation, she agreed to dismiss any felony charges and instead enter a plea of guilty to misdemeanor trespassing without any penalty. As if he walked across an open field.
