Should not do family law.Many complaints he is biased even by fellow attorneys favoring police and prosecutuion. Does not know the UCCJEA or PKPA,has denied equal access to the court, and violated the 5th and 14th amendment several times. Is not impartial.Violates Women Against Violence Act and even does speaches on how to not pay spousal support to women.Does not know basic law even when showed his errors,he will not fix.Violated dozens of state and federal statutes giving clear commands with no room to decide any other way but by the mandatory commands, but he chooses to violate to help fellow officers he is biased towards by 75% according to 2010 Judicial Performance Survey and many complaints. While people think how bad can he be; women are not protected to even violating due process of 13-14-201 by simply granting the male a permenant restraining order which is not due process and done when woman has Domestic restraining already on him, but since a local police officer it would appear extreme bias and prejudice as fellow attorneys already agree he is. He is unlawful, denies due process which effects the rule of law. Read all his complaints from attorneys and real people. Should not be on the bench. Need some cases to review to see? This is not unsubstantiated, and is irrefutable.

This judge has high standards, and applies the law thoughtfully and rigorously. He is careful and patient, and allows counsel to try a well prepared case. His demeanor on the bench is everything that it should be.
