Judge Martinez is so clearly biased in his courtroom that it is difficult to watch. He shows clear favoritism - often cross-examining the disfavored party on behalf of opposing counsel, allowing his preferred party to lie on the stand, and ignoring the testimonies of mental health professionals, UNLESS said testimony favors his preferred party. He proudly announces in his courtroom that he is pro-father (and I suppose anti-mother), and his bias shines through in his demeanor on the bench.
