I appeared before Judge Miller as a litigant. I felt that he attempted to do his job conscientiously. However, like many judges in El Paso County, he disregarded much of the mental health professionals' findings to favor the mentally ill party. It will be a great day for our children when our Courts develop an understanding of mental health.
