This judge should be impeached!!! This judge needs to be investigated ASAP!!! She is known by attorneys and the public for being in favor of dead beat dads and sex offenders!! How are our children safe in CT?? [Redacted by Ed.] Shame on you Judge Winslow for your biased, sexist and sloppy rulings [Redacted by Ed.] She lets men have the stand indefinitely yet women only get maybe an hour… I am definitely pursuing a complaint. Justice will prevail.

Biased & sexist. She always favors men. She dismisses women with her snarky demeanor. Very disappointed to have such a horrible female judge be so arrogant and unprofessional. Her favors are unfair and do not make any sense! This judge is a disgrace!

Does not know how to apply the law. Uses her own personal discretion, gets confused easily and disregards evidence.(she must be checked for senility) Judges from the bench on cases that are complex. Attorney's avoid her courtroom, advise that she is a wild card and has no reason for her decisions. Horrible judge. She must be retired to protect families and children.

Terrible judge. Neither party lives in her jurisdiction anymore however I cannot switch court houses without her approval. What kind of BS is that!? She’s been in favor of my ex who pending criminal charges that she disregarded because he wasn’t “convicted” yet as she stated.

She was very biased when it came to my divorce. Not very honorable. The judges in the Danbury court should be ashamed of themselves. She is close personal friends of whom represented me in a divorce and that attorney is very close friends with my ex spouse's attorney. My attorney did not even fight for me. I now live in another state over 5 hours away and requested the upcoming date to be virtual since we are very strapped for cash and have a child with special needs. They denied my request and are forcing me to drive up for a resolution plan date that will not accomplish anything except cost me more money that I dont have. [Redacted] Thanks for her unfair and biased ruling my life has almost been ruined.

Redacted bt Ed.] She makes arrangements ahead of time with attorneys. Admitted to denying a motion because she thought it was filed by the other party. Gave extra parenting time to a man who molested his son and held the hearing in a private court room so nobody else would hear it.

This Judge is garbage. She needs to be booted out. How can I get her in trouble, I want to report her.I can not find an attorney for my case as no one wants to deal with her. She has destroyed my life. She knows that she puts women in danger, she puts women down. She needs the boot.

This Judge Winslow is A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE judge that should be in jail fir everything she has done to my child who is fighting custody and a veenally abusive psycho path. She has sided with him and is allowing him to see my grandchild and does not care about his charges or abuse. She needs to be taken off the bench immediately, she is a disgrace! Ct. should be ashamed for allowing her to sit the bench for this long, thats why there is such a high crime of women being murdered in the state due ro her bias and negligence.

This judge does not even deserve a 1. She just did not care about what this abusive drug addict alcoholic man has done to me and my children. She makes decisions with out seeing the facts putting children in harms way. Pleas does anyone know how to get around this and get a new judge that cares about children’s safety.

Terrible judge. Very biased. My ex husband was abusive and violated his restraining order repeatedly. She refused to reinstate it causing me significant mental trauma. He failed to come to court repeatedly and there were no consequences. I had to keep returning with my lawyer at great expense. One day she made me wait all day to be heard and then said Court was done for the day and I would have to come back. It felt mentally and financially abusive. It felt personal because I had a New York lawyer and not a member of the Danbury court house club. Every time I expected the law to be applied I was in for a horrible surprise. Nightmare of a judge.

Very biased and seems to side on the male without regard for the child's welfare given our clild has special needs and the order was not in his best interest. Reading these other reviews gives me validation that it wasn't just my case. My ex gloats that she was on his side. Tried to make the best of our situation and move on but her ruling was hurtful to our family.

disappointed there is not a 0 rating. This judge should do JUSTICE a favor and step down. Biased, judgemental and runs courtroom as SHE like NOT by the law !!! My husband was physically and mentally abusive our 24 yr marriage , my husband was spoken to as he was trying to intimidate me while on stand. I proved my case as plaintiff YET as a permanently disabled woman, Judge Winslows ruling on my trial SHOWED NOTHING OF THE TRUTH. I will not let up I AM APPEALING her biased decree. Judge Winslow is on the radar of the appellate court. PLEASE MAKE YOUR voice heard. it will make a difference. The appellate court is in Hartford. Call, write...sharing your complaints. TRUST ME IT MATTERS NOW, MORE THAN EVER IF YOU WANT JUSTICE they way our constitution was set as due process TAKE ACTION.

Judge Winslow is a very fair, balanced and considerate judge. She was at first assigned to my divorce case and she showed sense, poised and understanding. She also ruled in the best interest of the children. I was the plaintiff and I am a male.

Sides with males, especially abusers, even after she lectures them and calls them out repeatedly for lying under oath. No regard for kids' welfare. Left mom and kids with no home, no retirement, no healthcare, minimal financial support. She states lies in official court documents as facts. Biased judge, agree with other comments that she ignores the law.

She is a lousy judge. Had child support paid to the plaintiff even though the child lived with the defendant. There is no reasoning to her decisions. She makes it up as she goes. She should be impeached and maybe share a cell with Rowland the idiot who appointed her.

This is one of the worst family court judges in Connecticut. She once told a litigant that he "better not come back" to modify child support when his child reached 18 -- which is a clear violation of the child support statutes.
