Judge Aurigemma = awefull experience. She exhibits bias and jumps to conclusions before listening and taking the time to review the case facts carefully. Not a good reflection on CT's judicial system.

Can't be bothered with the facts of the case. Makes wanton determinations without regard to the facts. Should be removed from bench as a threat to civil and constitutional rights.

Comments:
Extremely biased in favor of the plaintiff. Plainly a lawyer to stupid to make a living in private practice so she joined the Democratic Party and got a judgeship. Clearly unqualified and totally biased against civil defendants.

Judge Aurigemma is beset by the disease of cognitive dissidence. She makes a conclusion and then makes up facts to support her decision.

In one case, she claimed the P did not sign the contract and the D(s) had. In fact the opposite was true. When the actual facts were pointed out to her repeatedly, she only restated her earlier conclusion.

Aurigemma is hot-headed. In one case I reviewed, an appellate appeal was filed and Aurigemma then dismissed the appeal on the Superior Court docket. Of course she had no authority to rule as such, but the fact that she actually tried to dismiss an appellate appeal goes to show her total misunderstanding of the law.

Aurigemma should be dismissed from the bench.

She may have been a good judge in the past. However, she lacks the temperament to be a judge. She has open contempt for litigants. Disregards the law.

A judge that is wiling to make a decision and sort the wheat from the chaff.
