Comments:
[Redacted by Ed.] when you file a motion for disqualification, he refused to allow another judge to rule on the motion denies a due process and equal protection of the law.
should be disqualified and disbarred at the same time.
If you have Foreclosure case with the Bank of New York Mellon, you are entitled to keep your house because the Bank of New York Mellon is a Facetious name of the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation and they cannot file a lawsuit at the state of Connecticut under a facetious name they must file it under the corporation register name.
and they also are not registered at the secretary of the state of Connecticut they don't have a certification to conduct business and to practice law in the state of Connecticut.
The case system in the state of Connecticut a covering for the Bank of New York Mellon and refusing to acknowledge that they are facetious name of an entity.
For and don't complain with the book of law and the rules of law at the state of Connecticut for the sick of foreclosure liability.
All against the law. Judge Edward S. Domnarski is the worst Judge in the middlxess country of Middletown Connecticut.

Extremely biased against the self-represented. Sat through a collection case cited here and the judge is definiately stupid, biased, ignornant, and totally incompetent. Like the other not says, he should be disbarred.

Sat throught a collection case. This judge is biased, stpid, moronic clown. He let the plaintiff, a medical provider, estblish a case with no testimoney that the work was ever done, no expert witness, and no records. Gives new dimension to the definition of a kangaroo court. The plaintiff's attorney, a friend of the judge could do no wrong. I have never seen such a travesty as was done in this case and I have been trying cases in the state and federal courts for over 50 years.

Biased, stupid, ignorant, does not know the law of evidence, a law school flunkie, nor the that of the qualifications of an expert witness. Should be disbarred.

Gives new dimension to the definition of being rail roaded. A typical lawyer who is to stupid to be sucessful in the private sector so he bought himself a judgeship.

He has never read Richardson on Evidence. Lets a layman testify as an expert with no formal education and lets plaintiff prove case with no evidence that the work was ever performed. He runs a kangaroo Court and should be disbarred.

A lawyer's judge. A bit more formal than most, but does his job accurately and with diligence. He keeps control of his courtroom.

If you hit the points required to win, you are going to win. While he dots the "i"s and crosses the "t"s, he runs a tight ship and you get the expected result with a good explanation.

He is a lawyer's trial judge. He prefers a formal courtroom-and if you don't know how to do it by the book, you will be in deep trouble (and probably be unable to recover). He is VERY careful and methodical. While you may not agree with his decision, he will have researched it carefully. If you prove your case, you win. If you don't you lose. Not a bad trait in a judge.
