Comments:
According to a documented complaint submitted to the Judicial Review Council 4 years ago, judge Lloyd Cutsumpas not only mocked a pro se litigant's foreign accent, but actually had him repeat a word in the judge's own accent during a trial in the judge's courtroom.
The unusual nature of such a complaint, which is backed by documented evidence, should have been enough to send this judge packing. But this information never made it to Connecticut's Judiciary Committee that confirmed him.

A true disgrace to the judicial system.

He should ride a bike off of the mix master. He is useless garbage except for the lawyers who give kickbacks.

Litigant

Comments:
This judge is arrogant, presumptuous and condescending to litigants and attorneys alike. He treated the courtroom as his living room, and everyone who entered as unwanted guests. His primary courtroom strategy was to pass on motions in the hope that the litigants would get tired of spending money on legal fees and stop coming to court. Worst of all, he would not enforce his own court orders, thereby allowing litigants in contempt of court to continue their illegal behavior with no consequences.
