Judge Suarez is a nightmare judge who needs to be removed from the bench. He ignored and REWARDED the neglect and abuse of my son with autism and allowed my disabled son to be exploited by a divorce attorney and to skip and miss over 200 days of school when with his troubled mother - as I was PREVENTED from accessing and being a parent for my son so I and my family could get him to school. He prevented my current wife from being a mother for her son with autism for no valid reason or cause, causing her son to become non-verbal for months as he wondered what happened to his mother. He violated federal law by releasing my son's confidential and protected medical information into the public family court file. Suarez belongs behind bards - not behind any bench.

Judge Suarez is a complete nightmare and disaster. He violates state and federal law and ignores the Constitution. He allowed my autistic son to miss over 200 days of school when with his very troubled mother, allowed her divorce counsel to exploit my son and commit fraud, which cost our town over $180,000 to respond to. He was abusive on the bench and openly lied in his motions. He acted without jurisdiction and released my son's medical information to the public in violation of state and federal law and HIPAA. He needs to be removed from the bench.

Judge Suarez should be immediately removed from family court and never be allowed to return. This judge has no clue when it comes to the actual best interests of families and children and his orders make no practical or logical sense. His "orders" often contain glaring gaps and personal conjecture - rather than being based on any evidence or fact. He allows attorneys to assassinate the character of parents based on little more than falsehoods, and never focuses on a parent's ability to be one. Simply awful and deplorable. Judges like this have no business being in a family courtroom.

Judge Suarez failed to weigh all of the evidence evenly. He cut me off during my rebuttal testimony, so that I did not get a chance to fully defend myself against the accusations of the other party.

His memorandum had holes in it. As a Family Judge, he should have favored my son's best interest more. He failed to award weekend time to me (his mother), and became disgruntled when I went back to ask for a modification so that I can establish weekend visits. Needless to say, he did not do his job.
