Biased against defendants. To senile to be permitted to sit in judgment of others. Hope he dies of Covid 19, has a long and agonizing death, goes to hell, and rots there forever.

Out of touch with reality. A typical stupid CT judge who could not make a living in private practice. As a tax hearing clown, he always decides for the municipaility.

At 91, he is to old to be on the bench. Can't remember issues from one moment to the next. Exhibits bias towards the towns in all tax cases. Trying a tax case in front of him is a total waste of time as he has already made up his mind as to the outcome and is not capable of grasping the actual facts of the case and how external factors effect the value of the property.
