In the past twenty five years, I have had hundreds of civil cases in Connecticut with about twenty different superior court judges. Robert Martin is hands down, the best. All matters referred to his chambers were concluded within a very short period of time because Judge Martin was involved. Each matter received the appropriate judicial oversight to assure they were resolved in a fair, just and reasonable fashion. Now that he is a senior judge, we are lucky to have him for a courtside mediator. I cannot say enough good things about this jurist.
