Rating:10.0
Comments:
Judge Thomas Colin puts a lot of effort into writing his decisions. They are well thought out and well articulated. He is creative and comes up with workable solutions to complex problems; problems that most other judges are unable or unwilling to understand. Since Judge Colin stands out as a hard worker putting in the effort necessary to get this important job done when many of his peers in robes seem to be doing as little work as possible, he should be raised to Appellate or Supreme Court level. He is a rare, fair, balanced, insightful and creative judge that's brings working solutions to the bench. It's very rare to see these positive qualities on a Connecticut family court bench.
