Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CT469
Rating:1.6
Comments:
Biased judges and unwilling to handle or hear our matter yet wanting to claim our matter and case as her own. We asked for hearing and she kept throwing it back to mediation even when spouse refused to attend mediation. Her solution was letting the clock decide without a hearing. Needed to rise about to appellate court for hearing. Family court needs judges aware of laws and dynamics in Family Court for the best interest of children and families.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CT342
Rating:2.4
Comments:
Direct appointment by Malloy. Zero ability in a court room. Zero knowledge of family law. Should not preside over hearings and trials; OK for admin work like Case Management, status conferences, and uncontested divorces.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: CT145
Rating:10.0
Comments:
Very fair and follows the law. When ex-spouse refused to provide his financials as ordered by the court, she ordered that he come back weekly until he complied, unlike counterparts that milked this abuse for months and years until the accounts are emptied. Unfortunately, we were never returning to her to follow her orders & entering the "judical 1-direction turn-style, in and never out." Just ask a security guard, they know the story.

Comments:
Not terribly bright. Becomes a bit overwhelmed by the slightest complexities. Prone to error.
