Great judge. Took the time to read papers on TRO in the midst of courts dealing with COVID-19 issues. Very thoughtful and evenhanded. Well studied. Smart. Articulate. Respectful, but quick to cut to the chase.

When comparing her to Judge Jose Lopez, they are the same. Sloppy and irresponsible. Where do they find these incompetent people from. She has zero skills in scholarship and handling complex litigation. For pre-trial matters, she rushes through motions to dismiss to get them off her desk with no thought on how her decision impacts others. Most rulings are pro employer and pro government. Very uneven in rulings. I filed a motion to amend the complaint. The complaint had substantive changes to correct facts. She summarily denied the motion with no thought about facts needing to be updated. She certainly misrepresented her credentials to get on this court. She has no business being a judge.

Absolutely one of the worst judges on the bench. She is sloppy in her rulings favoring the government most of the time when they are dead wrong. The government can pull the wool over her eyes every time. She has no skill in sifting through facts. She took a simple motion to amend the pleadings, which was an easy motion to grant because it included updated corrections to the facts. She denied it. She is a real bozo. Not sure how she got on the bench. She is definitely a reason not to appoint Asian Americans to the bench just because they are a minority. She totally lacks scholarship and a good handle of the law.
