This Judge is weak on basic rules of evidence. She accepted manufactured evidence without so such as asking the right questions. The burden of proof is on the complainant and not the defendant but this judge allowed the opposite as a basis of her ruling. Her rulings are simply to cover her fat ass. She is a joke at best.

Unable to comprehend, much less apply, the most basic legal concepts; has no control over her courtroom; equivocal and confusing on evidentiary rulings and does not seem to understand or apply rules of evidence. Changes mind from one sentence to the next, making it impossible to discern her rulings, much less her logic.

Very weak intellectually and intellectually dishonest about the law in her results-oriented approach to decisions. Rightfully insecure about her intelligence, she got where she is because her brother was the chief of police and for political reasons, but she is clearly a dim bulb. I'll never forget when she ruled that constititutional law requires that repeat papers have to be served at the first hearing/appearance because of double jeopardy concerns! When the prosecution tried to inform her that double jeopardy does not attach until the verdict, she did not get it.
