What others have said about Hon. Stuart G. Nash

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: DC442
Exceptional jurist. Great intellect without being arrogant. Super respectful of lawyers and litigants. I had the pleasure of trying what I believe was the very last trial he presided over before he left the Bench. He rendered his decision on the last day of his Judgeship. Judge Nash demonstrated the ability to sift through 3 days of testimony and evidence to get to the crux of the dispute, and then decided the matter fairly in accordance with the law.

Exactly what a judge should be. Even if you don't agree with his opinion when you lose, you'll respect him for the thought and scholarship he put into his reasoning.

Diligent, careful, likes to get things right.
