Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: DC305
Rating:1.5
Comments:
He was late this morning and failed to handle his docket in order. He kept lawyers who needed 5 minutes of the Court's time waiting for hours while he handled other matters that most judges would have put to the end of a docket. He has a very nice temperament, but should better appreciate the work load of the attorneys who appear before him.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: DC229
Rating:4.6
Comments:
Not punctual, very slow in handling his calendar causing much wasted time. However, he does act with respect towards all parties. Tends to be pro-defense pretrial and pro-prosecution during trial. Sentences harshly.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: DC146
Rating:10.0
Comments:
Rarely cracks a smile, but that is not required. Thorough, patient, thoughtful, and bends over backwards to be fair.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: DC109
Rating:5.2
Comments:
Judge Holeman is a typical Superior Court Judge - arrogant and wrong. My sole experience in his courtroom was one of the worst I have experienced in almost 19 years of practice.
