Comment #: DC356
Juged Leibovitz is a biased judge, and she leads the prosecution as if she is still training them. She ruled in the Wone case that the three men living in the home knew more, but that the prosecution did not prove their case. Two of the three men are at home, and a visitor is killed in their home with one of their knives, a very small home I might add -- and she believes that the case was too circumstantial. I guess wealthy, well-educated doctors and lawyers couldn't possibly have a reason for, or be capable of, murder. I've seen Judge Leibovitz with my own eyes fry black men with no evidence and even more circumstantial cases. The media is trying to portray her as a hero, a hoodlum slayer, but I see her as a racist, a classist, and as extremely biased for whatever her cause may be at the time. She is not a fair or just judge. She is very intelligent, but intelligence is useless in her field if it is not applied fairly, and in a just and impersonal way.

very smart but known for having a heinous attitude problem. he demeanor on the bench is not how a judge should be acting. brings down the caliber of her intelligence. simply has no grace.
