That beast bought back a judgement against me that had expired in landlord and court. The attorney representing DCHA
presented a case dismissed by a previous judge ,due to faulty accounting in recertification process

Judge Rankin was obviously very skewed in her opinion and whose side she was on. Something occurred which may have been offensive but was unintentional and Judge Rankin was unreasonable in her opinions. She ruled for a restraining order when there was little to no actual threat.

Judge Rankin needs to retire daughter presented evidence of domestic violence by the other person Judge Rankin was not concern about the evidence and the other person harming my daughter Judge Rankin needs to retire she is getting too old and can't reason straight no more

This judge was straight forward and didn't play games. In my case and those I observed while waiting she was tough and fair and looking out for the best interest of the child.
