i m totally distigusted that this person is a judge. thank god that she is being forced into retirement by the state of florida. furthermore, as of may 2010, the state/ ie gov crist has to find a replacement judge for her upcoming june 30 retirement. so b/c of the ineffective and specifically questionable timing in which she notified him (crist) of her upcoming retirement, the gov has to appt a new judge rather than the residents of miami-dade.
with that being said,i have received nothing but negative comments, opinions and statements regarding this judge by many different sources directly involved in the legal system ie (her peers). she (kreeger) is biased, unfair and a total disgrace to the legal system. she cant even send a final verdict without adding here own personal handwriting as a form of spell check. With that being said, consider this, she is the head of the Chair, Florida Supreme Court Technology Commission, 2007 to present. Furthermore, it is because of incompetent, irresponsible judges like her that the entire legal system should be thankful she will be as of june 30, 2010 no longer a judge in miami dade county as considered then what she really is now which is ancient history. she is truly disliked by many and will not be missed by most.
