Criminal Defense Lawyer

Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
If the chief judge ever reads these things, he should sit in her courtroom when it is crowded and dress down so she doesn't notice him/her. What you will see is a disjointed mental case of a person. This judge needs psych meds. Seriously, she has a problem. She talks to herself, doesn't make any sense, mumbles, and has gone through I think 10 bailiffs in the last 3 years because no one can stand her.

Rating:2.9
Comments:
Tries to do the right thing but has a very, very difficult time understanding the law. Does not understand basic legal matters. Oftentimes is cranky. Scheduling is a nightmare. A suitable target to be ousted by opposition.

Her attitude would be great for a TV judge. Gets involved in facts of cases, asking improper questions of witnesses, cross-examining others and bragging about her cross-examination skills. Picks a side, and then just rules against the other side the rest of the time. Encourages lawyers to prepare rulings or orders in the form of stipulation and settlement agreement. You can't complain or appeal if you stipulated.
