If your black or female or Latino she's a great judge I will most likely throw your charges out,remove your fines and fees, or reinstate your probation.
If you are a white male you have no chance at all, for even a visit with your child or anything at all.
Early term denied. I sat in her court room all day for 5 times. The pattern is so obivious ,watch for your self.

i was arrested with a number amount of crazy charges that were exaggerated and Nancy Ley did a fair job , she wasnt how others described her at all honestly they made it seem like i was going to rot.... (i got probation)

This is the worst judge I have ever seen in my life. She should be disbarred.she doesn't listen to one thing anybody has to say and acts like you're bothering her.she said that my grandson did not pay any of his court cost or probation and also did not do any of his N/A. Meetings put him back in jail pretty sad when my daughter went down to the third floor after court was over and got his receipts that and showed he paid all his court cost and probation in full and had slips of NA meetings totally unfair and rude obnoxious self-centered judge

Absolutely the worst judge I have ever seen. I was a court rep for years and have seen many judges and how they approach decisions. Nancy Ley is all over the place. She loves to hear herself speak and is completely unfair. Black man with 10 grams of cocaine and morphene while a white guy who has been in jail for a year for robbing a washing machine can't even get a furlough to see his dying parent. She accuses a witness of glaring at her when the witness was wearing a covid mask. She is a pitiful excuse for a judge and I am so sorry she ran unopposed last election because had ANYONE run against her I would have voted for them instead!! Watch out for Karma Judge Ley....it's coming!

Worst judge ever. Just sit in her court room and watch her cases .white men get hammered ,not one gets a break.even one guy just wanted to see his kid once a month "!No" and I was denied early term of probation 5 times with all fines and fees paid before the 1st one.
Black girl on the run for 2 years ,never reported to probation ,no fees and fines paid ,captured after 2 years .
Nancy ley put her back on probation ,for armed robery. WHAT SHE NEVER REPORTED THE 1ST TIME AND RAN.
Next case white female violation of probation by leaving the state. LEY "do you have children ",yes 3 "fees and fines paid " no . LEY "ok no probation fees and fines waved time served ."tell your children I did you a favor, "have a nice day"
Next case white guy ,I completed 3 years of probation of 5 ,all fees and fines paid . Request early termination "DENIED"

She consistently allows criminals to get out of serving time and back out to commit crimes. How can she give Time Served to a criminal that has 10 felonies and VOP??? Does she not care if he steals another car and maybe the next time, harms an innocent person? She should be removed from all legal aspects in Florida. Go back to law school and read the words Fairness!
Letting criminals off, because they may have given you evidence for another case, is absurd!
Retire and go clean school buses, where you will be efficient and the buses would be cleaner.

Judge Ley is not the judge that looks at a case fairly. She developed an opinion of my son before ever meeting him. She does not sentence fairly and throws children in adult prison with no problem. Despite her preaching she is the fairest. She needs to be disbarred

She cares nothing at all about the rehabilitation of a person, it’s her way or none. I’ll just never forget in which the manner she sat and her Demeter of the whole situation at hand. She gave someone who deserved a chance to do better with life . Now she has made it he won’t get that chance, and has ever changed the young man she sentenced for 20 years, to a mind that’s full of daily ruin. Yes he did wrong but 20 years was so harsh. My sister just lost a son to death, and she added another to a coffin. He will never come out of Florida’s prison system alive , it’s so bad with gangs, drugs and employees being extremely harsh on those inmates . I’ve never done wrong my whole life, but I do believe others can get the help tools they need to become better citizens , not her lock the door and toss the key.

This judge cares nothing about rehabilitation for human beings. It's sad that she could not make a judgement without seeing only what she wanted. Her as well as anyone else has and will forever make mistakes in life. People learn they don't have to be locked up for years to prove she has the power to do it. I Thank God I'm not from that State. As the State I live in they believe in helping , but putting a person in a State prison for 18 years what are the reasons ? Yr a very cold hearted person not just a Judge. Sit at yr thrown now, but some day you'll sit at the right hand and must answer to all the things you have done to people that could of been helped.

Poor sense of judging character,, pathetic decision was huge negative impact and allowed the total destruction of a little girl by the socially dis functional biological mother and socio pathic step father keep primary custody ,, if judge key has any level of concern send me an email... Case from 2003,, judge let had a problem with pictures of unkept yard,,, you allowed the mother and step father to destroy the real fathers relationship and the child turn into a Xerox copy of the mother,, baker acted and all!

I sat in her courtroom and I was very shocked how she handled herself. She was very rude And acted like she didn't want to listen to the case. And had already made up her mind to her decision. Before she had heard any testimony. We are told that we can trust our legal system but after watching this judge I don't.

I think this is a judge that is very rude, she believes she is above making fare decisions , she is not about rehabilitation anyone, from what I seen. She glares at the people, she falls asleep in her court room listening to sides. She acts like she would be any place but that court room. She is only interest she has is locking a person up. She is not fare , and her sentence are at her pleasure. I've never watched a judge before that rolls her eyes twirls her been looks up looks down. Like is this ever going to end. A very unfair judge to say the least. Very sad for Florida and the people that need help.i deeply understand the law and justice should be served, but surly there is a better way than her way. It's really a shame.

Judge Nancy Ley is pretty fair. If you ever spend any amount of time in jail you ill hear others call her Ley em down ley however when you meet her she is extremely fair and cuts right to the point, no bull crap. I have much respect for her as a Judge. She is extremely realistic and just wants what is right and best. If you are a defendant in her room just be honest and comply with the rules and you will be fine she will not mess with you as other judges may.

Somehow she has taken on the role of prosecutor, as opposed to being a judge, and remaining neutral.
