Does not respect the Constitution. Actually Mocked "Well here comes the Constitution good Ol' Lincoln..." As if it was outdated and old..... Strange how he swore to uphold the Constitution...yet mocks citizens exercising their rights. This is a small tumor now but will grow to a huge cancer fast. If you understand your rights and the Constitution "Call him out" and be steadfast and DO NOT BACK DOWN!. This guy is hungry for a "Constutional Spanking" ???O? ????

I requested to go before this judge on a traffic issue and was pleasantly surprised and refreshed by his attitude. It was the first time I ever saw a judge wearing a jersey supporting his team. Judge Overton was quick, concise and genuinely interested in what was happening in his courtroom. I hope he hangs around for a while because he appears to be in it for the people. Nice change.
