Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: FL1755
Agree with the C/D atty and the Prosecutor

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: FL1221
He is king. He doesn't respect lawyers or jurors. Thinks he's a cop.

Comment #: FL1031
He is a very rude, abrupt and vengeful person. He does show bias to the state (and I am a prosecutor), and big business. He is not fair and is very arrogant.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: FL179
He is harsh in matters of sentencing with little regard for reasonable mitigating factors. He leans heavily towards the side of the state and will punish someone for going to trial, if they lose (e.g., jail instead of probation where only probation was warranted.)

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: FL7
He is very smart. He tackles the toughest caess and legal issues with the heart and industriousness of someone who truly cares. He is tough but fair. One of the best.
