He was awful. Wasted everyone’s time and went on rants. Unpredictable behavior. He’s off the bench isn’t he? If he’s not he needs to be

Truly a local yokel dullard, despite having been incolved so mucj wirh Inn of Courts and some sort of award from UCF and the Knights of Columbus. I really think that in secret or one -way meetimgs with mt sisters attorneys he broke some laws and regulations regardimg wardships in probate court and also some federal guidelines regarding due process and transparency vis a vis the A.D.A (the ward was my disabled mom). At least he did stumble into the nice faux pas of keeping mt mom here rather than with my out of state cruel sisters. But here, MomBetty became the victim of her professional guardian Kelly Pitman, murdress extraordinaire. So old Jose was a true chump and dupe to that crazy woman!

Comments:
Judge Rodriguez feels it appropriate to berate litigants without need or cause, with comments designed to shame or hurt a party and not to discuss relevant matters or deal with improper courtroom behavior. He tends to argue points not even addressed by the lawyers, which to me makes him an advocate not a judge. His general demeanor is demeaning and oppressive. More than once I've found him willing to deny a litigant due process by ruling on issues not set for hearing or otherwise refusong to allow a fair opportunity to be heard.
