Comments:
Having been a litigator for 30 years in state and federal court, this appointed judge, who never was a practicing attorney, is one of the worst on the bench statewide. If I had the option to put zeros across the board, I would have. He is completely lacking in all of the enumerated criteria for this evaluation. It is unbelievable he has been on the bench this long. Isn't anyone wondering why he just resigned? What impropriety has come to light? Unethical judges need to be removed and the facts disclosed to the public.

Clearly he wanted to cap his career with the title "Judge." As a human being he is a decent person, but as a judge horrible.
