Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: FL5791
She was clearly biased and it was very obvious. She was demeaning and demanding. She exhibits great impatience when people tried to explain their side of the case.

Comment #: FL5790
She was rude to the attorneys, especially the Public Defenders. While being read letters of reference by many people the accused knew and worked for and explaining that he needed help for his alcohol addiction, not excessive time in incarceration, she kept rolling her eyes. She gave her sentence immediately afterward showing she had made up her mind before the trial even began. I didn't see anything honorable about her.

Cruel! Worst Judge you could imagine - shouldn't be called a Judge. She is totally unfair - she doesn't listen - she is involved with one side and unfair to the other - impatient - does not listen to testimony - pays no attention to the law

This judge is simply not intelligent enough to perform her job competently. She does not know the law and she should be removed from the bench. She is an embarrassment to Indian River County. She is definitely one of Florida's worst judges.

Completely unpredictable...unknowledgeable about the law and does not make a decision... Even questions of law go to the jury. No regard to case law or precedent. Horrible judge.

She is a complete loser who takes sides with liars, and the father of lies. She trumped up a charge against me after a year and a half, which was dropped by State's Attorney David Dodd. She asked -- and this is no joke -- why "we" should not give me 12 months in jail. Well, it will be a joke when RICO comes to town -- a federal suit is waiting to be served. She is one among many who have the "black robe disease." The abuse of power is rampant among the American judiciary.

She is a very horrible person in this life we have on Earth. I cannot wait until the Judge of the Universe deals with her. (Hopefully the same way that she deals with her fellow human beings on this planet.)
