Please DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. And, NOBODY vote for him. He pute the lives of children in danger every day with his incompetency. I fear my for my children's lives and my life every single minute of every day as long as this man's work exists. AEveryhting that I ever have seen with THIS MAN's signature in it is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING. How could he sign sich mountains of lives to destroy lives? Hpow can he have no compassion, common sense or wisdom. I FEAR FOR MY LIFE because pof the hoorible thigs that Judge Birken has said and done to me and my family.

Very moody, at times to the point where clients question his ability to be fair and engaged in their case. Has softened on his former inflexible manner in dealing with lawyers. You can get a hearing in his division! You don't need to wait for months and you don't need to be stuck with a GM! He does his own work and writes his own orders! He needs to lighten up a bit. It can be scary.
