Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: FL2746
Rating:1.2
Comments:
Knowingly sentenced an innocent defendant to 60 months in prison. Allowed police to manufacture evidence, and allowed state attorney to lose exculpatory evidence then move in limine to prevent discussion of the evidence lost by the state, and also lost by defense counsel at the urging of the state attorney. Here is a copy of a letter from habeas counsel concerning this case: http://db.tt/SAVlTgq6

Mike let the state attorney run his court through ex parte and clasndestine communications, all to the detriment of the innocent defendant.

Although Gates is a recipient of the silver Star, he is gutless in a courtroom and will not call down a corrupt prosecution when he observes it. He had expert testimony and visual proof that Hollywood Police "Did a Little Walt Disney on the video evidence," yet, when the state falsely represented that they lost the exculpatory evidence, that Gates had already ruled upon as tainted, granted the state's motion in limine to exclude all consideration of the evidence lost by the state and also lost by defense counsel at the urging of the state.

This man is unfit to sit in judgment of a free people.
