Ugly, ugly demeanor. Pro bank in the foreclosure department as here in Florida we measure justice by how long has the homeowner been fighting with banks over their attempted ripoffs and are still in the home. Pressure from the court administrators for dispositions on cases to move them for the sake of moving them? How about homeowners actually getting a fair shake in the disgusting Broward courthouse--wouldn't that be a change of pace! We all know why she was assigned to this division with all the 'older' cases--truly disgusting.

Imperato is a "hanging" judge and could care less of lives she ruins. The state bar should take a close look at her conducr in and off the bench.

Don't even bother filing a motion to suppress - it will be denied.
