A very fair and thoughtful judge who extends himself to apply the right law and treats parties and counsel with dignity and respect. He is very intelligent. He is concerned about reaching the right result and tries hard to do the right thing.

Comments:
Excellent judge but sometimes too smart for his own good and overthinks a case. Treats lawyers with respect. His past experience in the federal sector (government side) sometimes results in his injecting federal procedural viewpoints into state civil matters. Not good if you are a plaintiff.
