I had an opportunity to observe a case this morning presided by judge Ross. Her judgements were extremely harsh on all the cases heard this morning, and she did not "hear" what the public defender, bail bondsman, and a private attorney had to say expecially when these were 3 credible people she has known professionally who was supporting the defendant. Considering it was a minor traffic incident and the defendant had already served time in jail, bonded out twice for the same citation, the judge did not give any leniency. Based on misinformation provided by the incompetent prosecutor and incompetent public defender who obviously are goverment employees, failed to do their homework and had worsened the case. I can't imagine how many lives they have ruined for the innocents out there...There is really no justice in the legal system in Broward County.

Judge Stacey Ross is a very judgmental judge that cast her judgements well before any thing in proceeding comes about. As everyone know judge Ross was given her position it was not earned do to her father Dale he appoints his own daughter before he turns and runs away from his wrong doings as judge. She really is a horrible person thAt needs to be taken down a notch and humbled a little bit as she is a snooty person and imposes harsh and un just penalties guess she's making the court some money and that's all that counts to hell with justice she is a prosecutor in a robe she is the worst

She is one of the most one-sided, pro-state judges ever. She truly should not be on the bench. She isn't qualified and she acts like a prosecutor in a robe.
