What others have said about Hon. John Dean Moxley Jr.

Comment #: FL3534
John Dean Moxley is as lawless on the bench as he was when before the bench as a prosecutor; his penchant for perjury is intact.

Comment #: FL3363
Judge Moxley has no idea what is going on. I have been before him in family court numerous times. I have been before him twice, asking for injunctions against my ex-husband, which were both denied even though I had evidence. Judge Moxley does not review cases before hearing them -- in fact, at our most recent hearing, he did not even have a copy of the motion for contempt which he was hearing, and we had to provide him with a copy. My injunctions should have been granted, as my ex-husband still stalks me, as well as my children (that are not his). We fear for our safety!

Comment #: FL1526
Tends to tune out during oral arguments, and is unwilling to review case law presented to the court before making a ruling.

Comment #: FL141
Intelligent and bright. However, very petty and biased. Confrontational and argumentative at times and lacking in patience. Does not represent the judiciary with honor, but instead appears aloof and unapproachable.
