Sir, with all due respect to your office, how do you claim to be fair, unbiased and just when you sleep, on the bench, through critical testimony, refuse to hear rebuttal witnesses and ultimately send a murderer back to live among us? Shame on you, sir. Shame on you.

How can you ignore the crime scene investigators and the coroner's report? And then you rule it as a "stand your ground" defense? That's insane, and you will be judged by our Maker!

I was involved as a jurer, this week of April 1
He was an exceptional Judge, with all do respect
He is an compationate person and was so impressed how we were treated. Through this process. He truly cares about his jurers. And I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to have him as our judge, I learned so much from him as a result. Thanks so much.

Rules without attorney present all of the time - does not allow defendant, attorney to speak - has been going on for years - during juvenile court would trample on defendant rights daily, not follow the law. Thought he could run courtHOUSE. Since he left juvenile, referrals - decreased. While on the bench kept increasing. He thought he was so effective ...

A hypocrite if there ever was one. He rules off the bench all right in more ways than one. He sits on the bench as though he's moral and upright. What a joke. He and Edwards have something in common and it ain't a first name, money or looks. He is the worst kind and unfit to be on the bench.

How nice to know that he tosses traffic tickets while allowing a professional guardian and her attorneys to embezzle hundreds of thousands of dollars. I feel so much better.

Judge Galluzzo tossed 1000s of traffic citations and slammed the tool road authority over bogus tickets. He stood-up for the little guy more than any judge in the 18th Circuit ever has.

A poor excuse for a judge. Incompetent, ignorant, biased, unfair with clear prejudices. His ego is as inflated as his weight.

this Judge and do so now.

Comments:
I would agree with the other posters and would add this. I am a litigant. Judge Galluzzo does not read the motion, not only interupts but actually will cross examine "expert witness" in court as if he were defense counsel, showing a clear bias. He departs and deviates from the "essential requirements of the law" as ruled by the 5th DCA now in our second trip down
to the 5th DCA. "Galluzzo" is the most appealed Judge in the 18th Circuit and it is not amusing any longer for litigants, nor attorneys involved. Go to the 5th DCA and look at the appeals on this Judge. It is a clear problem.

Very arrogant and condescending, always interrupting. He does not understand the law AND does not read the motions.

Agreed with previous comment that Judge Galluzzo does NOT read the petitions before a hearing. He is NOT at all prepared for his hearings. He has premeditated prejudices and is very biased.

Either he does not understand the law or he does not read the motions. Probably the latter.
