Elizandra.Rodriguez I can't speak for everyone. Although once I realized that people in position such as the judge make rulings for a better reason unknown to people with turn signals drugs mental it varies. Juge Hadt ruling was a blessing in disguise. I've had the pleasure to be sentenced by judge hardt and I can't express how much I needed that! I'll be forever grateful. And I just couldn't go another day after 10 years without thanking you I wish you the very best enjoy your retirement God bless.

He basically says he has already made up his mind before a hearing starts, and he looks irritated if you actually try to present evidence or testimony. He acts like a Good Old Boy but he is basically lazy and incompetent, and a horrible judge, a disgrace to the Judiciary.

Judge Hardt exhibits classic sociopathic and sadistic tendencies masked by firm jurisprudence. He is essentially a prosecutor with a robe and will shoot down good defense law just to score another conviction for the prosecution. It's no wonder he is known throughout Collier County as Heartless Hardt. He should not be on the bench and when it comes to inflicting pain he has inflicted more pain on innocent defendants and their families than the worst violent criminals. He's worse than a serial killer because he doesn't finish off his victims. He instead sentences them to a freedomless hell.

Facial expressions are awful during proceedings. Mind is made up without hearing everything. Rude, pompous, vicious, and biased. Heavy handed to 1st time offenders without merit. He needs to re-evaluate himself before judging others.

THIS JUDGE IS A DUD. DURING CIVIL LITIGATION HE IS OBVIOUSLY BIASED AND HEAVY HANDED. HE HAS VERY LIMITED KNOWLEDGE OF CONSPIRACY LAWS AS REFLECTED IN HIS JURY INSTRUCTIONS.
