After experiencing the biased towards abuser treatment by Judge Pitre I was relieved to have my case reassigned to a judge that didn’t side with the abuser. Unfortunately I was wrong. This woman ordered me to give my exhusband my new address despite the permanent domestic violence order against him. She acted as if she cared but all she did was attack me for trying to keep myself and kids from being unalived. He’s already tried and he always has flying monkeys to help. I am tired of living in fear of a man that was found to be guilty of severe abuse to me and kids. Kenzie batted her eyes and ran her mouth just as much as Pitre sighed and asked what the point of my daughter testifying about my husband raping me in front of her. I’m pretty disgusted by Escambia county. There is no excuse for these judges to do this. When I become a dv homicide victim they need to be held accountable as accomplices.

Terrible judge. Black robed tyrant would be a much more fitting title. The appeals court unanimously overturned her kangaroo court ruling.

I had to appeal to receive fair treatment that respected Florida law, and The appellate court agreed with me completely. Google McMillan vs stone to read the court’s opinion. I believe she was censured for her conduct. I’m grateful I have recourse when a sitting judge abuses their power. I wonder how many have been victimized by her because they couldn’t afford an appeal?
