Worst judge in Pinellas County. Flat IGNORES prima facie evidence (amended police report), continues ankle monitor until defendant receives a scar. [Redacted by Ed.] Hold the no contact order over defendant's head, knowing FULL WELL the alleged victim didn't want to proceed with prosecution. ZERO chance for fairness in this woman's courtroom. She needs to be removed from the bench and disbarred along with all the state and public defender attorneys who work in this division.

I have evidence of all of this should anyone want to start a legal action and end this tyranny in Pinellas County.

The 0 accountability syndrome that the judicial system as well as be law enforcement agencies over there suffer from really is going to stop obviously this is lady is from the Cheryl Smith family that was living behind me in St Petersburg Florida I don't know how you're going to steal or who you're going to steal all the money from that you owe me it was also nice of you to steal my driver's license by forcing me to plead guilty to violating restraining orders in order to have contact with somebody who was in the courtroom asking to have contact you know when you're falsely arrested on fabricated charges
The state puts a restraining order without asking permission also I'm pretty sure it's this lady related to Cheryl Smith who was filing restraining orders on Andrea's behalf without her knowledge or permission because you guys think you know what you're talking about or know the situation you guys jump in and do illegal things to people now you are one of the people that has computer literate people that can get into the court records and traffic citation history I was never in Florida in 2006-2007 or 2008 unless it was at the very very end of 2008... please understand my frustration you said it was a $300 fine and then you times it times seven I lost my driver's license over being prosecuted for violating a restraining that was dropped in the county which it occurred in Hillsborough and I have no idea why they sent your deputy to Tampa he actually looks like a guy that I worked for in Dinuba that had a welding shop machine shop also I don't know how they're going to pay for all my firearms and ammunition I believe there was a couple hundred firearms and millions and millions and millions of rounds of ammunition... I guess I'll just make my own notary stamp and make this all official well I guess it's going to be my time to start lying I won't feel bad since that's what you're doing so I'm going to call you out take a polygraph
Oh I wanted to ask you also I could have swore I seen the chameleon serial killer he's supposed to be dead but since there are people they seem to be popping back up that are supposed to be dead he was with this lady that I'm going to include the link of that's in a photo with Katherine Cryer so at least now I know who is filing the restraining orders on her behalf without her permission or knowledge asking for alimony control of the house and something else and we never live together at any time prior we're not married we don't have any kids together I don't own a black F-150 King Ranch and it also cost me $240 plus parking and gas to show up for restraining order that somebody else has filed without her permission and knowledge

Judge Holly Grissinger this is what and who it appears that you are doing favors for unfortunately I have to come up with this information using my own time and finances to figure out why I am being arrested for no reason I do not suffer from zero accountability syndrome like most people employed by the judicial system or law enforcement agencies in Florida I am fully capable of knowing when I am subjecting myself to the possibility of arrest and when I'm not well if somebody would have showed me a picture or mention something I might have been able to help this has followed me from Madeira Beach this is probably why the Indian Rocks Police Department contacted me when I lived on Madeira Beach because two females took a photo standing behind my Corvette and my license plate was in the photo
And to St Petersburg Florida where the St Petersburg Police Department was leaving notes on my door over a missing girl and I was going to give them access to my DVR and they had found the missing female they informed me about this after I called them a bunch of times...

I would really like to be out and about but since you made sure you prosecuted me on a restraining order that was in the name of somebody I do not know remember you told me I have to plead guilty in order to have contact.... it must be very hard for you to walk with the huge balls you have to sit up there and talk down to people while you have complete disregard for other people's rights... Your bailiff looks like somebody who used to own a machine shop in Dinuba. You know that day me and my ex Lori Hoven moved from Salinas to Orosi with the travel trailer her mom gave us i got a job working there.... but I'm sure you know all this already you know my mom used to work at Save Mart she was the head of produce in Dinuba you know she was speaking with Mr Giannini and mentioned something and he said oh that's how they're doing it she didn't know they were stealing it and selling it out the back door or riding off his damaged and paying somebody else for it she wasn't in on it.. the Millers were involved in that one as well he was the manager of the grocery store would it be too much for you just to ask a question and give me the opportunity to at least lie the way everybody else has so I don't have to be a f****** mind reader and a problem solver crash test dummy with my own money and time not all of us get to use digital system as our personal problem solver like you do it's completely obvious you did a favor for somebody duh and you got caught so now you fix it and you tell me who you did it for and I can move on to the next spot otherwise we got to do stupid s*** like this.. you're not really supposed to prosecute people on restraining orders when they don't know the person in question like Andrea Villa because I had Andrea Vela with me in the courtroom who was requesting contact I also wonder how many times you would deny somebody contact when they are their requesting it and they did not file the restraining order it was also nice of you to have us followed and me pulled over a third of a mile or so away from the courthouse . It's even better when I'm sued in another courtroom the next business day after you throw me in jail on a court date that I was unaware that I had. Now wouldn't it be easier for you to not steal my identity and put a $3,000 fine on my driver's license it's not normal for a judge to make you plead guilty in order to have contact with a person whose name is not on the restraining order and is in the courtroom requesting contact I thought you'd be oh my God Mr Hoy let me fix this for you no I had to get the Department of Justice involved also you would think with the Amanda weinkowski situation that an idiot like you would want to jump on this to get a lot of credibility and the way out without looking stupid or guilty since you probably went to school to be I judge or did Mr Giannini buy you that position it was nice of mr Gianini to leave $11 million dollars to the Children's Hospital probably because all of his relatives are pieces of s*** that believe they're entitled to something.. so I am wondering are you out there with Lisa Hickman and Cheryl Smith .. you all got bitter b**** face.. now there's a bunch of streets named after me they're called one ways. You can fix this or I'm going to f*** you the best I can and make everybody watch.... Grissinger is evil and constantly oversteps her bounds. Even when the "victim", state attorney, and defense attorney all agree to a plea, sentence, and request contact - SHE refuses to accept and postpones cases so that defendants remain in custody and making money for the county. She did not care that the "victim" was being further victimized by her actions. Almost destroyed my family and left me on the street, just to satisfy her ambitions and EGO. She should be disbarred.

This is one of the worst judges that you could ever get why my case was in her courtroom I'll never know I was receiving restraining orders in my now ex girlfriend's name and I know they cannot show her at the police station or Courthouse filling out these restraining orders they're not in her name the name is not spelled correctly and best of all she's in the courtroom requesting contact while I was in custody for possession of ammunition another punishment by default I talked to her once a day for a couple minutes and she came to visit me a few times so it was 22 violation have a protection order from a protection order that she did not file and two jail visits and she went to court with me which was another violation a risk protection order so that's 25 violations of a risk protection order.... now because she wrote the court with me when we left the courthouse a half a mile away I was pulled over by the Sheriff's Department because the judge had us followed. After leaving the courthouse the judge made me plead guilty I had nobody to check on the dog I have no family in the area nobody to check on my house and the judge told me each one of these violations carries up to one year in jail you have to plead guilty to 7 counts a violating a risk protection order in order to have contact...... There's obviously a pattern here of one of the most unfair judges I've ever been in front of. Everything got you here negative, the most one-sided and unfair judge. Every one of these negative comments is exactly what I experienced. When she was asked to read the discovery we're clearly stated that the victim contradicted herself 3 times and she refused to even look at the discovery she refused to look at the paperwork and I provided her with staying at the victim trying to contact me and also did not want to press charges actually the charges dropped from a felony battery to a misdemeanor battery because of of lack of evidence. She refused to look at any evidence in my discovery she based my case on her thoughts and her opinions. Most unprofessional opinionated one-sided judge.

Honorable Judge I appeared in front of you and I didn't know what was going on I was just getting restraining orders some in the name Andrea vela.. some of the name Andrea villa and I know they CANNOT show her on camera filling them out .. I did send you a letter hoping it would interest you because it's all true I don't feel I should be charged with violating a restraining order for her coming to visit me in jail it specifically says the jail controls who can visit and it's not like the officers tell you who's coming... so if they didn't want her to visit me they shouldn't have let her in is how I'm seeing it two months in jail and $3,000 fine seems a little bit harsh for charges that occurred in another County my gun collection happened to be stolen while I was in custody and wound up with William Twyman at A1 Pawn Tampa Florida when I found out where they were I when I found out where they were at and reported them stolen I got arrested falsely again I believe this was done to keep me from getting them back I hate to do it this way but I figured since I reached out to you three times no response and the 4th time the cops called me over emailing you..

This Judge is very unfair used the lies of the plaintive my x wife to put me in jail for 10 days before even going to a trial . Took away my medication had drug tested every 2 weeks put me on the strictest RoR possible all on the lies of my x-wife that refused to cooperate with states attorney and my attorney. This has been a grave injustice to the judicial system
