Comments:
Judge Gill is an phenomenal person, amazing attorney and charismatic counselor. She is kind, considerate and emotional very supportive. She assisted me during a very difficult, acrimonious lawsuit. To paraphrase my favorite singer
Tina Turner, "She is simply the best."

Comments:
Judge Freeman has a pleasant demeanor, but is not always patient. She must have a law clerk who drafts her orders, because they are not up to par with her obvious intellectual ability.

Comments:
I don't know which Judge Freeman the poster below was referring to when s/he states that she "has the right experience, intellect and temperament," but it certainly isn't the Judge Freeman that currently presides over the complex division. She takes everything under advisement, and on those rare occasion when she does rule, she tries to split the baby, which usually rwsults in a senseless ruling. She is incredibly ill-suited for the division. Welcome to the 11th Circuit folks!!!

Comments:
An incredibly inefficient Judge. Approaches business litigation as if she were still in the family division. She creates an enormous backlog in her workload by taking everything, even discovery matters, under advisement. Yet, she typically does not rule for months, and sometimes forgets altogether that she has taken matters under advisement. Quite definitely one of the worse judges on the Circuit bench in all of South Florida.

Comments:
Judge Freeman has the right experience, intellect and temperament for her job in the complex business division - I can't think of any other circuit court judge who is more qualified for it than she......if you are new to this division you might not recognize that this is a judge who takes her time to consider her ruling and doesn't "knee-jerk" it from the Bench leaving you an appeal as your only avenue to get it right. She is patient and smart and was an experienced civil litigator before taking the Bench. Imagine, a judge who really knows what she is doing.

Comments:
Judge Freeman never rules from the bench. In fact, she is terrified or ruling. She takes everything under advisement, and it is common for her to take weeks, if not months to issue her rulings.
